THE SAME’S TRUE FIT FIXER CUSHION REVIEW.
A triple functional cushion that provides
UV protection, whitening, and wrinkle improvement.
Introducing The Saem’s True Fit Fixer Cushion.
The Saem’s True Fit Fixer Cushion
is said to be a semi-matte cushion
that adheres strongly to the skin with enhanced durability
by coating the adhesive ingredients with cover powder.
The cushion boasts a high UV protection index of SPF 50+ PA++++
*and has completed an 8-hour mask wearing color durability test.
*21 Oats only
The Saem’s True Fit Fixer Cushion contains an oil complex
and Epilobium placerberry extract,
which provides a moisturizing effect
and a soft and refreshing skin expression without greasiness.
It is also said the use of the fitting layer method
that helps provide lasting coverage
is said to create even and fixed makeup.
A total of three shades has been released.
The cushion comes in an
easy to open and close button case.
The cushion comes with a plump puff inside.
The seemingly soft and thick puff
can comfortably fits three fingers.
The puff being strong and thick
should work nicely in applying the cushion evenly on to the face.
When opening up the protective cap, the foil seal caught my attention.
The cushion seemed to have been sealed nicely
to keep the cushion hygienically clean by reducing its exposure
to the air before opening.
I also especially liked how it was removed neatly
without leaving any sticky residue behind.
Lightly pressing on to the cushion with my fingers,
it felt slightly hard to the touch.
It can be difficult to adjust the amount of product picked up on to the puff
when a cushion is too soft because a large amount tends to be released at once.
Therefore cushions like this one allows for better control.
Applying the cushion to my arm, it felt moist,
and the color seemed neutral and clear.
Upon applying on a thin layer and waiting it to be fixed,
I was able to see that instead of a neutral appearance we saw earlier,
No.19.5 has a pink base,
No.21 has a yellow base,
and No.23 has a tone similar to that of an apricot base.
It’s probably due to the fact that they are semi-matte cushions,
so after they are applied and have been fixed, the tone will look slightly dark.
The cushion applies on thinly
with good adhesion.
Let’s me check on the coverage by applying them to my face.
Although the cushion applies on very thinly, the coverage is pretty good,
And it seems to cover the redness and blemishes on the face quite well.
It also seemed to cover pores fairly well,
and if is not applied on thickly,
there should be no creasing or lifting.
As time passed, I noticed a bit of caking on the side of my nose,
and a bit of creasing.
The cushion will seem to get cakey
if you end up sweating in your mask.
But as long as you apply it on thinly,
it won’t feel stuffy and it will be easy to touch up,
so it should work nicely in the summer.
In the case that you need to touch up your makeup,
if you were to just apply in on, it might end up lifting,
so it would be best to wipe off the area that needs to be fixed
before applying on your cushion again.
Having used No.21
and really liking its coverage, fit and thickness,
I was a bit disappointed with how the tone was a little off.
If you want a calm No.21 skin tone, I recommend using No.21 Oat,
but if you are looking for something bright, I think No.19.5 Wheat
would be a better choice.
As semi-matte cushion may feel a bit dry
if you are not meticulous with your skin care,
so if you have dry skin, be sure to moisturize your skin before using this :)
