ETUDE HOUSE’S SOONJUNG CENTELLA 5-PANTENSOSIDEtm CICA BALM REVIEW.
To calm down stressed & irritated Skin
Introducing Etude House’s SoonJung Centella 5-Pantensoside Cica Balm.
The SoonJung Centella 5-Pantensoside Cica Balm
is a soothing cream
that comes released in a generous capacity of 50ml.
It is released in a tube,
making it easy to carry around.
When you first open the cap,
you’ll find that it is sealed with a protective seal.
After removing the seal,
and squeezing some on to the back of my hand,
it felt exceptionally soft and moisturizing.
As this was a balm, I had expected it to be firm in texture,
but it was surprisingly soft and smooth.
It feels as if I was applying on
a fairly light gel cream.
Not only does it feel moist on the skin after it’s completely applied,
it adheres well to the skin and does not feel oily or stuffy at all.
While you can apply it topically on to the areas that needs soothing,
it’s also said to be great to use all over the face
I tried applying it all over my face.
It has good adhesion, absorbs well,
and provides a fresh finish,
so I think it would be great to use in the summer
for people with dry skin like me.
As it is moisturizing, yet not heavy,
you can easily use the Cica balm right away
after using toner and essence
for comfortable feeling skin.
During the changing seasons, if you apply on a toner,
essence, and emulsion before using the balm,
you won’t have to worry about your skin being not sufficiently moisturized
While it is a moisturizing product, it is also very effective for soothing,
so I tried chilling it a bit before applying it on my heated face.
When used in this way, it reduces the heat felt on the skin
and effectively soothes the skin
Etude’s SoonJung Centella 5-Pantensoside Cica Balm
is recommended for those who find their skin
to usually be rough or easily irritated,
but I would also recommend it for
anyone who is looking for something to keep their skin moisturized
without feeling stuffy :)
