CLIO’S PRO EYE PALETTE NO.8 INTO LACE REVIEW

Clio’s Pro Eye Palette No. 8 Into Race
comes in a box designed with beautiful roses.
As the Pro Eye Palettes never fails my expectations,
I was especially excited with the release of this palette
due to the new colors.

I think the lovely design of the palette itself
goes very well with its name.

Upon opening the lid, I found that this palette was quite unique
as the shadows were evenly divided into five matte shadows
and five glitter shadows.

The overall colors look muted and soft,
so it looks good for daily use.

The matte shadows apply on smoothly
and the glitters apply on with a close fit.
All the colors boast pretty colors without fall out.
Let’s take a look at each of the colors in detail
as I apply them on one by one.

Malted Beige
This is a warm skin tone color shadow with very fine pearls.
It’s the perfect color that can relieve the dullness of your eyelids.

Roasted Butter
This is a nude based shading shadow
that is good to use as a base shading color for the eyelids.

Ginger Bird
This is a soft mute brown color.
It’s a medium shading color that may feel a bit grayish.

Mute Muse
This is a ginger brown medium shading color
that is slightly saturated.

Cocoa Whip
This deep cocoa brown color is great
to create deeper looking eyes.

Dazzling Drizzle
This is a warm-looking glitter shadow
with subtle silver and gold pearl glitters.

Make Pleasure
This is a colorful glitter shadow with pink and green opal pearls.

Gold Spirit
This is an extremely gorgeous glitter shadow
that contains brilliantly shiny large gold glitters.

Glitz Tonic
This is a copper colored glitter shadow with subtle opal pearls.

Last Wish
This is a brown glitter shadow
with gold pearls that shine like the Milky Way.

All ten colors feel quite neutral as they don’t appear to be too red or yellow,
so I think they’re all great to use regardless if you’re warm toned or cool toned.

Although I like using shading makeup,
I’m not a big fan of warm brown toned colors,
as I feel that they don’t look that good on me.
The brown colors in the Into Lace palette on the other hand
are soft and don’t really feel that warm,
so I find them quite nice to use.
Moreover, the different stages of the matte shading colors
are well divided so even beginners should be able to use it easily.
If you normally enjoy shading makeup
and have a thing for gorgeous glitter points,
be sure to try Clio’s Pro Eye Palette No.8 Into Lace 😊
